THE FAITHFULNESS OF GOD.
A beautifully composed song goes thus,
“Searched all over, couldn’t find nobody.
I looked high and low, still couldn’t find nobody
Nobody greater, nobody greater
Nobody greater than YOU.”
Recounting God’s Goodness, Love and Mercy, our new rendition would be:
Searched all over, couldn’t find nobody
I looked high and low, still couldn’t find nobody
Nobody faithful, nobody faithful
Nobody more faithful than YOU!”
The question is, “What have truly done to deserve such undiluted, unadulterated, pure love of God?”
Yet another is, “Who are we that He dotes on us with so much loyalty when our imperfections are not hidden from His eyes?
He has chosen to love regardless of unworthiness. He never judges us according to our sins nor keeps His anger forever. His Precious Blood washes us white as snow and His Everlasting Arms are always wrapped around us.
Our God is Good! He is Just; so Merciful and His Compassion fails not.
The Covenant of His Peace and Faithfulness is renewed everyday and there can never be another God, Friend or Father like Him!
So this month, let us celebrate The King of Kings and The Lord of Lords for His Faithfulness through the ages.
Great is Thy Faithfulness, O Lord!
