“BRING JUDAH TO HIS PEOPLE…”
“And this he said of Judah: “Hear, LORD, the voice of Judah, And bring him to his people; Let his hands be sufficient for him, And may You be a help against his enemies.””
Deuteronomy 33:7 NKJV
This prayer elucidates the desire of Moses for Judah to succeed and remain in God’s Will as he locates his fold and keeps the right company.
The destiny of Judah shone brighter when God honoured the words of His Servant as the two best Kings, Israel ever had (King David and King Solomon) came from the tribe of Judah.
In addition, The Lord of Glory Himself also came from the lineage of Judah through Joseph.
Locating the right fold, in the family, church, ministry, school, marriage, work, even when taking up national responsibility leads to accomplishing all that God has spoken over your life, staying in God’s will and fulfilling purpose.
Please, note that while your path and the paths of many people may cross as you progress in life’s journey, it is not everyone you meet that is your destiny partner – meaning not everybody belongs to your fold and you do not belong to every fold. Sometimes, you may even have to walk alone until God brings you to your own people.
God has promised to guide us every way through so there is no need to be afraid or in a hurry. Just trust Him! Keep loving the brethren and believing in His Word. If He did it for Judah, there is no reason, He will not do same for you.
Beloved, as we await the coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ, may He bring us to our people (big or small), may He let our hands be sufficient for us and be a help against our enemies, that we may fulfill destiny in His Mighty Name. Amen!
