The Word ‘Revival’ means restoration to life, consciousness, vigour, strength, etc.
It is also
* an awakening, in a church or community, of interest in and care for matters relating to personal religion.
* an evangelistic service or a series of services for the purpose of effecting a religious awakening to hold a revival
From one generation to another, God sent revivals amongst His people as the remnants whom He chose for Himself called upon Him in the midst of the decadence and perversity that surrounded them. So we also ought to ask for revival in our own time.
That the whole world gropes in darkness now, does not surprise Him. His Key Interest is that there are still righteous men and women, lifting up their voices and crying out loud to Him in songs and prayers, asking for a revival with all their heart and for the forgiveness of the sins of the whole world.
What better time, could this have come than now? As we reflect on The Death, Burial and Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the Complete work of Salvation wrought for us all through His Precious Blood.
Our Saviour was not nailed on Calvary’s tree in vain! His Resurrection is a phenomenon that everything in God DOES NOT AND CAN NEVER DIE BUT LIVES FOR EVER MORE!!!
Folks, GOD REVIVES EVERY DYING THING THAT OUGHT TO BE ALIVE. HE IS ALIVE!!!! HE IS THE LIFE, HIMSELF!! THE GIVER OF LIFE AND HE GIVES LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY!!!
HE IS A RESTORER OF ALL THINGS!!!
Why not place in His Unchanging Hand right now, your life, hope, future, family, land, nation and every valuable thing to you. HE IS MORE THAN ABLE TO GIVE YOU PEACE AND BLESSING.
Beloved in Christ, it is time to ask The Father of Life to revive His people, heal our land and keep us burning hot in our zeal for Him.
