We at Heirs of The Father, welcome all our friends and family to a prosperous 2018.
As we know, the much awaited, soon return of Our Messiah, The Lord Jesus Christ is near. Therefore, we would like to encourage you to prepare daily to meet Him in the air.
Before He was crucified, Jesus spoke about the events that would take place in Matthew 24 and it is so obvious that not a single day passes without the fulfillment of His word.
Many people have grown weary of waiting, some have even completely forgotten about His promise but we would have you know that GOD IS NOT A MAN THAT HE SHOULD LIE, NOR THE SON OF MAN THAT HE SHOULD REPENT, what He has said, will surely come to pass.
This brings us to the question of why Jesus is coming back soon.
The major reason is to take true believers away to Heaven from the judgment that will come upon the face of the earth as a result of the wickedness of man. Just like it happened in Genesis Chapters 6 through 8, when God was sorry and grieved in His heart that He made man.
However, Noah found grace in His sight because he was a righteous man, his family was also spared while the whole earth was wiped out with flood.
In Genesis 19 also, the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by fire because of their sins but Lot and his daughters were spared.
Both Noah and Lot are examples of true believers who have found favour in God’s sight and are still righteous in the midst of the perversion all over the world today.
Thus, it is very possible to escape the looming judgment upon the face of the earth by being raptured by Christ.
All you need to do is accept Jesus as Your Personal Lord and Saviour now, repent of your sins and confess them before Him, pray, read His word daily and attend a bible believing church where your faith and knowledge of God will be effectively nurtured.
Failure to become born again is to fall victim of His judgment and be condemned to eternal damnation. John 3:16-21
This might sound harsh but it is the truth.
Friends, you stand to gain greater weights of glory by accepting Christ now but you will lose all including your soul by rejecting Him.
Behold, what manner of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called the sons of God. The invitation is open to all. No one is excluded. Christ laid down His life for all mankind. The big question is, WILL ALL RECEIVE HIM?
In 2 Peter chapters 2 and 3, Apostle Peter spoke about how God did not spare the angels who sinned but cast them down to Hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment. Also, about the judgments the people of the ancient world of Noah, then Lot received. He further affirmed that God is not slack concerning His promise and that the day of The Lord will come as a thief in the night thus, encouraged us to be diligent in order to be found by Christ in peace without spot and blameless and consider that the long suffering of Our Lord is salvation.
Beloved, we are at the end time and the second coming of The Lord is upon us. It is sooner than we can ever imagine.
Let us therefore be mindful of this as we await Our Messiah’s return.
